From the beginning, Santa was different—the place she started, the way she became Santa.

Over time, Santa became a person of the community. Loneliness and isolation were never her calling.

Santa’s walk is about building community and bringing joy to others.

Becoming Santa means learning how to be kind. It also means learning how to wait with grace—how to stay kind in quiet places, and to carry peace even when no one is watching.

And this was another small step in a transformation from within.
